- Lead and mentor a team of CNC operators and programmers, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality output.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to design and develop new manufacturing processes and procedures.
- Perform autonomous maintenance and troubleshooting of CNC machinery, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal performance.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of manufacturing processes and procedures.

- Familiarity with manufacturing software and systems, with the ability to learn and adapt to new technologies.
