Strategic HR Partner

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled HR Business Partner to join our team at Stirling Warrington. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for providing strategic support to our HR managers, overseeing employment relations matters, and aligning HR strategies with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver strategic projects and change management initiatives in collaboration with senior HR team members.
- Manage and maintain all employment relations matters, including redundancies, restructuring, and succession planning.
- Support and coach HR managers to ensure effective HR processes and strategies.
- Produce reports to reflect HR strategies and business objectives.
- Stay up-to-date with changes in employment law and implement them into the business.
- Engage and coordinate with key stakeholders to drive business success.
Requirements:
- CIPD Level 5 qualification.
- Experience working in a HRBP role.
- Previous experience in the engineering and manufacturing sector.
- Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft packages.
- Strong knowledge of UK employment law.
