About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Play Leader to join our team at Mytime Active. As a Play Leader, you will be responsible for leading and managing our children's activities, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for all participants.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage children's activities, including planning and delivering engaging programs
  • Ensure the safety and well-being of all children, including maintaining accurate records and reporting any incidents
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with parents, teachers, and other stakeholders
  • Collaborate with other team members to achieve business objectives and improve services
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in childcare and youth development
Requirements
  • Level 3 or above Childcare/Play work relevant Qualification
  • Experience in leading and managing children's activities, including program planning and delivery
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups
  • Ability to maintain accurate records and reports, and to analyze data to inform program development
  • Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends
