About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Play Leader to join our team at Mytime Active. As a Play Leader, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality play and leisure activities to children, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times.

Key Responsibilities
  • Designate and implement play and leisure activities that promote physical and emotional development in children.
  • Ensure the maintenance of a safe and healthy environment for children, adhering to all relevant health and safety regulations.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues, promoting a culture of inclusivity and respect.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures that support the delivery of high-quality play and leisure activities.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure the effective management of resources, including staff, equipment, and facilities.
Requirements
  • Level 3 or above Childcare/Play work relevant Qualification.
  • Food Hygiene certificate, Paediatric First Aid, and Safeguarding Children qualifications are desirable.
