Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Play Leader to join our team at Mytime Active. As a Play Leader, you will be responsible for leading and managing children's activities, ensuring a safe and enjoyable environment for all participants.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and Manage Children's Activities: Plan, organize, and deliver engaging and interactive activities for children, ensuring a high level of participation and enjoyment.
- Ensure Child Safety and Wellbeing: Maintain a safe and healthy environment for children, adhering to all relevant health and safety protocols and procedures.
- Communicate Effectively: Develop and maintain effective relationships with children, parents, and colleagues, ensuring clear communication and a positive attitude.
- Administer First Aid: Provide first aid and emergency care when necessary, maintaining accurate records of incidents and accidents.
- Support Additional Sites: Assist with the management and delivery of activities at additional sites, as required.
Requirements:
- Qualifications: Level 3 or above Childcare/Play work relevant Qualification
- Desirable Qualifications: Food Hygiene certificate, Paediatric First Aid, Safeguarding Children
