About the Role:
We are in search of a skilled and committed HR Coordinator to support our central operations. This position is essential in aiding our hotels and central teams in executing our people strategy, ensuring our workforce is motivated, inspired, and aligned with our organizational values.

Your responsibilities will include overseeing recruitment and onboarding processes, guiding employee relations cases to the Cluster HR Managers, and promoting a positive workplace culture to boost employee satisfaction and retention. You will also manage performance evaluation processes.

Moreover, you will coordinate training initiatives, ensure adherence to labor regulations and company policies, and analyze HR metrics to foster ongoing improvement.

Key Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as an HR administrator, ideally within the hospitality sector.
  • Exceptional communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
