We're seeking a skilled Receptionist to join our team at Premier Inn in Newmarket. As the face of our hotel, you'll use your exceptional customer service skills to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding to their needs and resolving any issues promptly.
  • Manage the front desk, handling check-ins, check-outs, and room assignments efficiently.
  • Work collaboratively with the housekeeping team to ensure rooms are prepared to the highest standard.
  • Process payments, handle customer complaints, and maintain accurate records.
