**About The Position**

We are looking for a Full-Time Receptionist to be an integral part of our reception team. Reporting to the Front Office Manager, you will be responsible for assisting with the day-to-day running of the reception desk, handling enquiries, problem solving and ensuring an exceptional service and experience for guests.

You will be available to work 5 shifts out of 7, on a rota basis including weekends.

**About You**

Ideally you will have reception experience within a hotel or hospitality environment.

You will be:

- Passionate about creating the very best guest experience customer service will always be at the forefront of your mind.
- Youll bring enthusiasm, experience, organization skills and a strong team working spirit.
- Youll have excellent communication skills, professional attitude and be highly pro-active and self-motivated.
