Supporting Students with Special Educational Needs

Protocol Education is seeking dedicated and compassionate Teaching Assistants to support students with special educational needs (SEN) and social, emotional, and mental health (SEMH) challenges in the Primary Sector.
Key Responsibilities- Provide individualized support to students with diverse needs, promoting their educational journey and overall well-being.
- Collaborate with teachers to create an inclusive and supportive learning environment, fostering a positive and engaging atmosphere.
- Develop and implement tailored learning plans, adapting materials to meet the unique needs of each student.
- Build strong relationships with students, encouraging active participation and motivation in their learning.
- Communicate effectively with teachers, parents, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless support and progress.
- Previous experience working with SEN or SEMH students is highly desirable.
- A patient, empathetic, and positive approach to supporting students with diverse needs.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with teachers and other staff members.
- A genuine passion for education and helping students overcome challenges.
