Position Overview

Type: Full-Time

Daily Compensation: £170 - £210 based on experience

Empowering Learning is seeking a dedicated and skilled Primary Educator to join our team. This role involves working with students who have diverse special educational needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional teaching and learning experiences tailored to the needs of SEND students.
  • Foster trust and confidence among students, colleagues, parents, and external professionals.
  • Plan and facilitate off-site enrichment activities to enhance student engagement.
  • Adhere to all safeguarding protocols, including participation in annual safeguarding training.
  • Demonstrate successful classroom management and teaching experience.
  • Utilize your expertise in working with children with SEND, including autism, ADHD, or severe learning difficulties.
  • Commit to ongoing professional development and training.
  • Maintain a valid Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
