Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated SEND Teaching Assistant to join our team. This role is essential in providing support to students with special educational needs, ensuring they have the best possible learning experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist students with conditions such as ADHD, Autism, and other complex needs.
  • Uphold school policies and regulations.
  • Provide emotional support and understanding to students in need.
  • Maintain effective communication with educators and students regarding any concerns.
  • Conduct risk assessments of the learning environment and take appropriate actions.
  • Monitor student behavior, intervene when necessary, and report safeguarding concerns through the proper channels.
