Key Responsibilities:

As a SEN Teacher, you will plan and deliver engaging lessons for children with special educational needs, including Autism, communication difficulties, and developmental delays. You will use your expertise in early childhood development to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment. You will work closely with teaching assistants, therapists, and families to support each child's individual learning journey. You will track and assess pupils' progress, adapting strategies to meet the diverse needs of learners. You will also support personal, social, and emotional development, helping children build confidence and independence.

Requirements:

You will need Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent, experience working in Early Years, and a genuine passion for working with young children, including those with special educational needs. You will also need strong classroom management skills and the ability to adapt to different learning styles. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities are essential.
