Education Specialist

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Teacher to join our team at Protocol Education. As a Teacher, you will have the opportunity to inspire and educate students, fostering their intellectual, social, and emotional growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Design and deliver engaging and interactive lessons aligned with the curriculum, promoting student-centered learning and creativity.
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages active participation and respect for diversity.
- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to support their development, using data-driven insights to inform instruction.
- Establish strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues, promoting a culture of collaboration and mutual respect.
- Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills and knowledge, staying up-to-date with best practices and research-based methods.
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent certification, demonstrating a strong foundation in teaching and learning.
- A passion for teaching and a commitment to student success, with a focus on creating a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with students, parents, and colleagues.
- Ability to create engaging and differentiated lessons, using a range of teaching strategies and technologies to meet the needs of diverse learners.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
