Job Title: Education Support Worker

Are you passionate about supporting children and young people in their educational journey? Do you have previous experience working with children or young people?

Remedy Education is currently recruiting a dedicated Education Support Worker to work in our Primary Schools across South East London. As a key member of our team, you will provide care and supervision for children, creating a safe and nurturing environment that fosters positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.

Responsibilities:

• Provide care and supervision for children across primary
• Create a safe and nurturing environment for children
• Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
• Observe and assess children's progress and communicate with parents/guardians
• Maintain accurate records of children's attendance, behaviour, and development
• Support the teacher by delivering and implementing activities

Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Clear criminal background check
