Care Support Specialist

We are seeking dedicated Care Support Specialists to become part of our community service team, where you will be providing support to individuals in their own residences. Each person has unique interests and hobbies, including art, music, dancing, and outdoor activities. Your role will involve delivering personal care, managing medication, enhancing daily living skills, and facilitating enjoyable activities for those you support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care and support tailored to individual needs.
- Assist with medication management and daily living tasks.
- Engage clients in activities that promote their interests and hobbies.
- Work collaboratively within a supportive team environment.
Requirements:
- Drivers are preferred due to location considerations.
- Various shifts are available, including alternate weekends and sleep-in shifts.

Training and Development:
We welcome applicants with no prior experience in care, as we provide comprehensive training, including the Care Certificate and courses on learning disabilities, autism awareness, and mental health awareness.
