Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Patient Care Support Specialist to become a vital part of our healthcare team. This role offers the opportunity to work on a full-time basis, with clinic hours typically ranging from 8am to 6pm, Monday through Friday, and occasional Saturday mornings.
Our services extend across various regions, necessitating travel to multiple locations. We provide compensation for mileage and additional travel time, with our logistics team striving to minimize travel distances. A vehicle is essential for this position due to the community-based nature of our clinics.
If you are enthusiastic about joining our team but have concerns regarding travel or vehicle access, we encourage you to reach out to discuss potential solutions. We are hiring for flexible hours, from 15 hours per week up to full-time, so please indicate your preferred working hours and days when applying.

Key Responsibilities
As a Patient Care Support Specialist, you will play an essential role in our clinical operations. Your responsibilities will include facilitating the efficient operation of clinics, assisting patients and caregivers to ensure a superior quality of care, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to deliver a variety of services.
Under the guidance of registered nurses, medical consultants, and other healthcare professionals, you will receive training to develop competencies across different services. Your duties may involve performing bladder scans, monitoring patient vital signs, conducting urinary flow assessments, and other relevant tasks.
You will work closely with the team to maintain a safe and effective clinic environment, focusing on personalized care approaches and enhancing the overall patient experience.
No prior experience is required, making this an excellent opportunity for individuals interested in starting a career in healthcare within a supportive and friendly team. We provide comprehensive training and continuous professional development, with a strong emphasis on workforce wellbeing.
