Oncology Nurse for Home Care

We are seeking an experienced Oncology Nurse to join our team in a field-based role, providing care to patients in their homes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer SACT and IV chemotherapy in patients' homes
- Provide patient training and education on medication and treatment
- Conduct toxicity assessments and line care
- Support patients with bloods and injections
Requirements:
Valid NMC PIN and either formal Oncology qualification or in-house training in SACT administration
