Job Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our team as a School Nurse in Stratford-upon-Avon. This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate healthcare professional to improve the health and wellbeing of children, reduce health inequalities, and safeguard their welfare.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in community nursing, with experience in assessing risk and developing strategies to promote positive health outcomes. A Specialist Community Public Health Nursing (SCHPN) qualification would be a significant advantage, as would caseload management responsibility.

In return, we offer a competitive salary of £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for progression and development within our supportive team environment.

Responsibilities: As a School Nurse, you will be responsible for improving the health and wellbeing of children, reducing health inequalities, and assessing risk to safeguard children. Key criteria include:
  • NMC PIN
  • Specialist Community Public Health Nursing (SCHPN) Qualification – preferred
  • Passion for providing the best possible care
  • School or community experience – not essential
  • Caseload management responsibility – preferable
