About the Role
Hays Specialist Recruitment Limited is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Administrative Support Specialist to join our team. This is a permanent position based in Manchester city centre, and the ideal candidate will be office-based.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide full administrative support to the business support and operations team.
- Organize complex diaries, make arrangements, and manage the office and facilities.
- Liaise with the facilities manager and answer office-based queries.
- Manage multiple inboxes, emails, correspondence, and prioritization.
- Process expenses, organize events, manage and coordinate company meetings.
- Format documents, support with projects, and project administration.
- Liaise internally and be the point of contact for internal and external clerical support.
Requirements
- Previous experience at executive support level.
- Professional and excellent communication skills.
- Ability to liaise at director level.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong IT skills.
- Organized, flexible, and able to prioritize workload.
