We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Work Experience Coordinator to play a vital role in supporting our students aged 16-19 with complex needs. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing work experience opportunities that align with each student's individual career aspirations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and secure suitable work placements across various industries to match students' skills and interests.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with placement providers, ensuring a positive and supportive experience for our students.
  • Provide comprehensive guidance and support to students throughout their work experience journey, from application to completion.
  • Collaborate closely with families, educators, and other professionals to ensure the needs of each student are met.
  • Track student progress post-college transition and maintain accurate records.
