Practice Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Practice Manager to join our team at Medivet Group Ltd. This is a multi-site leadership role based in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver exceptional client care and monitor client feedback to drive continuous improvement.
- Work closely with the Lead Vet and Regional Operations Director to maximize commercial performance and achieve key performance indicators.
- Ensure regulatory compliance and maintain high standards of practice and operational excellence.
- Manage practice rotas to optimize service levels and maximize clinical skills utilization.
- Lead and develop a high-performing team, focusing on colleague engagement, retention, and growth.
- Promote the practice through local community events and external marketing initiatives.
- Proven experience in practice management, ideally in a veterinary, GP, or dental practice setting.
- Strong understanding of exceptional care and its impact on client experience.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and ability to maintain compliance.
- Excellent commercial acumen, with experience in financial management, marketing, and process optimization.
- Strong leadership and coaching skills, with a track record of team development and growth.
- Proficiency in computer systems, including Microsoft Office.
- Good numeracy and analytical skills.
