Practice Director

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Practice Director to lead our team at St Marks Orthodontics in Teddington, Greater London.
- Part-time role (32 hours per week)
- Flexible working hours - available over 4 or 5 days a week
- Free on-street parking
As a Practice Director, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our specialist Orthodontic practice with 3 surgeries.
About YouWe invite applications from candidates with management experience in dental, healthcare, or commercial settings.
- Experience with financial records including profit and loss statements, key performance indicators, and budget planning
- Team management skills with knowledge of human resources processes and compliance
- Effective communication and leadership abilities
