About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Ledger Clerk to join our Finance Team at Churchill Living Ltd.

The successful candidate will be responsible for efficiently recording ledger transactions, processing external invoices, and communicating with suppliers and internal staff to resolve queries.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start or advance their finance career, with training provided on the job and tailored to the individual's needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Record and reconcile ledger transactions in a timely and accurate manner
  • Process external invoices and internal expense claims
  • Communicate with suppliers and internal staff to resolve queries
  • Perform bank reconciliations and supplier statement reconciliations
Requirements
  • Strong numeracy and attention to detail
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Previous experience in finance or accounting (not essential)
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new systems and processes
