Financial Data Clerk

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Ledger Clerk to join our Finance Team at Churchill Living Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for efficiently recording ledger transactions, processing external invoices, and reconciling bank statements.
The ideal candidate will have strong numeracy skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience in finance or accounting is an advantage, but we are also open to candidates starting their finance career and looking to gain experience with a growing company.

Key Responsibilities
- Record and reconcile ledger transactions
- Process external invoices and internal expense claims
- Perform bank reconciliations and supplier statement reconciliations
- Communicate with external suppliers and internal staff to resolve queries
Requirements
- Strong numeracy skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience in finance or accounting (advantageous but not essential)
