- Problem-Solving and Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve production issues with our production coordinator, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.
- Analysis and Reporting: Present analysis of sales performance to our sales director and internal teams, providing insights to inform business decisions.
- Experience: Proven experience in a similar account management or buying role, working directly with retailers.
- Skills: Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a personable approach and strong attention to detail.
- Commercial Acumen: A love of sales and product, with a creative and commercial eye, and a good understanding of forecasting and sales analysis.
- Team Player: A positive approach and a great team player, with excellent time management skills and a proactive attitude.
