Product Management Leader

As a Product Management Leader at Electronic Arts Inc., you will play a critical role in shaping the future of our IT products. Reporting to the Director of Product & Customer Success, you will be responsible for building the next generation of IT products that will enable our organization to effectively manage business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with IT functions across the company to identify impactful opportunities and collaborate with delivery teams to bring solutions to life.
  • Partner with engineering, UX, and external vendors to assess build vs. buy options and manage delivery cycles from concept to implementation.
  • Refine requirements through prototyping, hands-on testing, and iterative feedback, ensuring a bridge between customer desires and technical realities.
  • Manage delivery plans, issues, and decisions, anticipating risk and ensuring focus on maximizing value within timelines and resource constraints.
  • Facilitate collaboration with team members to lead process, people, and policy changes to enhance product changes.
  • Build awareness, excitement, and knowledge of new features through customer communication channels and potentially create training material and facilitate training sessions.
  • Work with Customer Success Managers to solicit customer feedback and analyze data to constantly test product and approach.
  • Provide oversight and coaching to less senior team members, including detailed quality reviews.
  • Bridge decisions, issues, and focus of multiple products to ensure the product line delivers a good user experience, optimizing resources.

Requirements:

  • Business/Computer Science Degree or equivalent professional qualifications.
  • 4+ years of industry experience in product, business analyst, or program management roles with recent product management experience.
  • Experience of products & processes in the Software and Asset Management area.
  • Proactive, organized, and detailed planning, including timeline & budget considerations.
  • Anticipate potential issues and creative solutions.
