About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Vehicle Dynamics Programme Lead to join our team at Forseven. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading the development of our virtual dynamics performance, ensuring accuracy and consistency across our CAE tools and models.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Concept/Architecture work and high-level Attribute setting according to company DNA
  • Lead Benchmark plan liaising with testing facilities
  • Lead Target setting, monitoring Performance development against them
  • Lead CAE Vehicle Dynamics analyses
  • Lead physical testing plan, in collaboration with Development team
  • Lead correlation activity to guarantee the CAE model maturity and validation
  • Ensure HP & Components target cascading to functions (e.g. Chassis). Examples: suspension hard points, bush, spring, damper, roll bar, wheel frequency, steering.
  • Ensure consistent and clear Vehicle Specification & Vehicle Setup Sheets documentation
  • Support Development team in Vehicle Testing Procedures definition
  • Ensure consistent Correlation reports of Experimental Testing Data & CAE Simulation
Requirements
  • Broad amount of experience in Vehicle Dynamics (CAE and Physical Testing)
  • Good knowledge of Matlab (other post processing sw as a plus – e.g. python or else
  • Essential Methodical approach (e.g. 6sigma DMAIC) to problem solving
  • Structured Reporting skills: Assumption/Target/Action/Conclusion/Recommendation
  • Experience in Subjective/Objective feeling/data interpretation/analysis
  • Good Knowledge of vehicle Tuning techniques
