About the Role

Forseven, a pioneering company at the forefront of electric vehicle innovation, is seeking a highly skilled Vehicle Motion Lead Engineer to join our dynamic Engineering team.

This exciting opportunity will operate in a hybrid capacity out of our offices, where the successful candidate will have the chance to collaborate with visionary experts in the automotive field.

Reporting to the Head of Chassis, you will be responsible for leading and managing all activities related to software and calibration development for the chassis systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the team responsible for vehicle motion control, including suspension, steering, brakes, and powertrain.
  • Develop and execute project plans, monitor progress, and ensure on-time delivery.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including engineering and suppliers, to achieve project goals.
  • Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
  • Identify and resolve any project-related issues and risks.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to the team.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent experience in project management, preferably in the automotive/manufacturing industry.
  • Strong knowledge of chassis systems, software development, and calibration processes.
  • Experience with project management tools and software.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
