Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to lead our volunteer recruitment and management efforts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to engage and retain volunteers, ensuring a high-quality experience for both our volunteers and the communities we serve.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement volunteer recruitment and engagement strategies to meet the needs of our projects and activities
  • Provide training and support to volunteers to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to carry out their roles effectively
  • Build and maintain relationships with volunteers, stakeholders, and community partners to promote our work and build a strong network of supporters
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of our volunteer program, making recommendations for improvement and growth

Requirements

  • Proven experience in volunteer management, community outreach, or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to work
