About the Role:

Evoke Staffing Ltd is seeking an experienced Regulations and Compliance Officer to join our team. As a key member of our governance and compliance department, you will be responsible for ensuring that our organization operates in a highly compliant environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage corporate meetings, collating reports and information for use at general annual meetings
  • Ensure that all communication is delivered to highly professional standards, both written and verbal
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders and directors to prioritize, schedule, place and execute high-volume, complex administration tasks
  • Prepare confidential agendas and minute taking responsibilities
  • Manage risk management, audit and/or corporate governance
  • Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures
  • Provide guidance and support to employees on compliance matters

Requirements:

  • At least 3-5 years of previous employment expertise in a regulated environment
  • Advanced working knowledge of MS Windows (Word, Excel, SharePoint, PowerPoint and Outlook)
  • Excellent administrative skills, including prioritization, scheduling and execution of complex tasks
  • Proven ability to work to extremely tight schedules, planning events, meetings and seminars
  • Higher level of education in Business and Administration
