EUC Support Specialist

We are seeking an experienced EUC Support Engineer to join our Technology team on a full-time, permanent basis. As a key member of our infrastructure team, you will be responsible for providing 2nd line technical support to end-users across Sysco GB.
The successful candidate will have a good working knowledge of maintaining IT security, infrastructure, and service standards, as well as technical knowledge of Microsoft products, including client Operating Systems, Teams, Office 365, and Azure. You will also have experience in administering MDM platforms, such as Endpoint Manager (Intune), and understanding of networking concepts.
Key Responsibilities- Provide 2nd line technical support to end-users
- Prioritize workload to ensure service levels are maintained
- Manage and close incidents and service requests via the helpdesk ticketing system
- Proactive replacement of end-of-life assets
- Provide IT induction for new starters
- Administer mobile devices via an MDM platform
- Maintain accurate asset inventory of IT hardware
- Ensure changes are made in accordance with change management guidelines and policies
The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills, be customer service-focused, and have a keen attention to detail. You should have experience in supporting networked printers and proven troubleshooting skills for hardware and application support. ITIL V3/V4 foundation certification and experience of service delivery frameworks are highly advantageous.
