Business Development Manager (EU Road Freight) - Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at Detail 2 Recruitment. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering new business sales specifically within European / UK Freight and/or Pallet Distribution.

About the Company

Our client is a well-established Freight Forwarder with an excellent reputation within the industry. They are expanding and looking for a Business Development Manager who can help drive growth and success.

Business Development Manager (EU Road Freight) - The Role
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to increase new business revenue within European Road Freight and Customs services.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders to drive business growth.
  • Work closely with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Provide market insights and competitor analysis to inform business decisions.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
Business Development Manager (EU Road Freight) - Requirements
  • Proven track record of delivering new business sales within European / UK Freight and/or Pallet Distribution.
  • Experience working for a Freight Forwarder in a new business Sales capacity.
  • Strong knowledge of European Road Freight and Customs services.
  • Ability to demonstrate a genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
