Role Overview

The Property Rental Specialist will be integral to the success of our rental services, reporting directly to the Head of Property Management. This position is essential for managing the onboarding of new landlords, overseeing the re-marketing of previously listed properties, and driving growth in landlord fees. Additionally, you will be tasked with promoting supplementary products and services to enhance the client experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Landlord Onboarding:
  • Effectively manage the onboarding process for new landlords, ensuring a smooth transition into our property portfolio.
  • Provide expert advice and support to landlords, helping them navigate the rental market and optimize their returns.
  • Re-marketing & New Listings:
  • Lead the re-marketing efforts for previously listed properties, ensuring they attract high-quality tenants promptly.
  • Oversee the marketing strategy for new property completions, from initial listing to tenant placement.
  • Sales & Revenue Enhancement:
  • Focus on increasing landlord fees by identifying opportunities for added value and promoting additional products and services.
  • Maintain strong relationships with landlords, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions to meet their objectives.

Team Collaboration

  • Actively participate in weekly team meetings to review performance and share updates.
  • Work closely with the Lettings team to achieve both individual and collective performance goals.

Essential Skills

  • Demonstrated experience in a similar role within the lettings sector, with a strong emphasis on sales and client relations.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong customer service orientation with a professional and confident demeanor.
  • Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment.
  • A proactive and self-driven attitude with a passion for teamwork.
  • A valid driving license and access to a vehicle.
