Role Overview
The Lettings Valuer will be an integral part of our operations, reporting directly to the Head of Property Management. This position is pivotal in enhancing our property rental services. Responsibilities include managing the onboarding of new landlords, overseeing the re-marketing of properties, and driving growth in landlord fees. The role also involves promoting additional services to enrich the client experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Landlord Onboarding:
- Facilitate a smooth onboarding process for new landlords, integrating them into our portfolio effectively.
- Provide insightful guidance to landlords, helping them navigate the rental market and optimize their returns.
- Re-marketing & New Listings:
- Lead the re-marketing efforts for previously listed properties, ensuring they attract suitable tenants promptly.
- Develop marketing strategies for new property completions, from listing to tenant placement.
- Sales & Revenue Enhancement:
- Identify opportunities to increase landlord fees through value-added services and upselling.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, understanding their objectives and offering tailored solutions.
Team Collaboration
- Engage actively in team meetings to review performance and share insights.
- Work closely with the Lettings team to meet both individual and collective performance goals.
Essential Skills
- Demonstrated experience in a similar lettings role, with a strong emphasis on sales and client relations.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong customer service focus with a professional demeanor.
