Academic Professional in Construction Management

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced academic professional to join our team as a Lecturer in Construction Management at GBS Global Applied Knowledge. As a key member of our faculty, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality teaching and learning experiences to our students, ensuring they develop the skills and knowledge required to succeed in the construction industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver comprehensive course materials, including lectures, tutorials, and assessments, to meet the learning outcomes of our construction management programs.
- Provide guidance and support to students, including one-to-one meetings, group tutorials, and online support, to ensure they achieve their academic potential.
- Contribute to the development of new courses and programs, working closely with colleagues to design and deliver innovative and engaging learning experiences.
- Participate in staff development activities, including peer observations, to enhance your teaching practice and contribute to the continuous improvement of our teaching and learning strategies.
- Engage with industry partners and stakeholders to ensure our programs remain relevant and aligned with the needs of the construction industry.
Requirements:
- PhD in Construction Management or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Proven teaching experience in construction management, with a strong track record of delivering high-quality teaching and learning experiences.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with students, colleagues, and industry partners.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to continuous professional development.
