About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Psychologist to join our team at The Priory. As a Band 7 Psychologist, you will play a key role in providing high-quality psychological services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct Comprehensive Assessments: Perform thorough psychological assessments and formulations to inform treatment plans.
  • Lead Therapy Sessions: Conduct individual and group therapy sessions, applying evidence-based practices to support client recovery.
  • Collaborate with Multidisciplinary Teams: Work effectively with our multidisciplinary team to ensure integrated and holistic care for our clients.
  • Develop Treatment Plans: Create and implement tailored treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each client.
  • Maintain Accurate Records: Ensure accurate and confidential client records are maintained in accordance with professional standards and regulations.
Requirements
  • Qualifications: Hold a recognized professional qualification in Psychology, such as a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology.
  • Experience: Possess extensive experience in providing one-to-one therapy to clients with various emotional and psychological issues.
  • Expertise: Demonstrate proven expertise in conducting assessments, developing formulations, and delivering psychometric evaluations.
  • Desirable Skills: Experience in facilitating group work and therapeutic interventions, as well as in-depth knowledge and experience working with adult caseloads.
