Supported Living Assistant Supervisor
Salary:
£25,293 per annum plus £60 per sleep in shift

Are you dedicated to enhancing the lives of individuals in supported living settings? As a Supported Living Assistant Supervisor, you will be instrumental in ensuring the provision of outstanding service delivery.


Key Responsibilities:

Support Staff Management:
Assist the Supported Living Manager in overseeing staff performance and conducting evaluations to encourage professional growth.

Engagement with Community:
Stay updated on local happenings and organizational news pertinent to Service Users, ensuring effective communication of this information.

Service Quality Assurance:
Guarantee that the services provided align with the needs and expectations of Service Users while adhering to regulatory requirements.

Encourage Positive Risk Management:
Promote and support positive risk-taking to empower Service Users and improve their overall quality of life.


Qualifications:

Level 2 in Health and Social Care or equivalent experience is required. Proven experience working with adults with learning disabilities is essential. A flexible approach to work is necessary to cover shifts as needed.
