Tempting Recruitment is collaborating with a client seeking a Programme Collaboration Specialist to enhance their operations.

JOB PURPOSE:

The role involves assisting the Programme Delivery Leads in the efficient management and execution of critical programme and project objectives. You will be an integral part of a team dedicated to facilitating, advocating, and supporting the smooth operation of programmes and projects. This includes gathering data, financial insights, and project information to enhance, inform, and bolster a portfolio of initiatives, services, and projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Deliver exceptional project coordination across various projects and workstreams.
  2. Actively engage and present project updates on behalf of the Programme Leads.
  3. Oversee, coordinate, and execute assigned projects within set timelines.
  4. Provide guidance and assistance to Programme Leads in the planning, coordination, and execution of upcoming projects.
  5. Support the development and upkeep of business systems, including plans, risk registers, reports, and performance metrics.
  6. Ensure that programme and project documentation is regularly updated, including risk and issue management logs, to mitigate impacts on project management.
  7. Revise project-wide documents as necessary, including templates, procedures, and dashboards.
  8. Compile and generate regular performance monitoring reports for key programme areas and organize performance review meetings for assigned projects when needed.
  9. Create and implement effective methods for sharing information with key stakeholders, including regular update reports.
  10. Develop and maintain information systems to accurately store and analyze project data, meeting the needs of the team and service delivery.

About Your Experience:

  1. Proven experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  2. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
  3. Strong organizational abilities.
  4. Capable of managing several workstreams while prioritizing and handling workloads to meet deadlines.
