About the Role

This position plays a crucial role in supporting our business objectives by working closely with the Data and Insights team to provide expertise on Out-of-Home advertising effectiveness, category knowledge for specific sectors, product and environment knowledge, and audience information.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide sector knowledge and client brief support to the Commercial team, including case studies and marketing SLAs such as photography.
  • Update product sections of the JCDecaux UK website to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Review feedback and provide data on attendees by specialist and agency target audiences to inform business decisions.
  • Maintain the tender resource support centre with assets to support the tender process, including product R&D, sustainability, content provision, tailored city needs, and charities.
  • Contribute to delivering a programme of partner communications to build positive relationships with JCDecaux as a 'trusted partner', aiding contract retention, development/extension, and acquisition.
  • Utilize a classical marketing background with skills across the full marketing mix, including digital channels such as email, social media, web, and analytics.
  • Develop the ability to understand and interpret data and insights to inform business decisions.
  • Contribute to building a diverse and inclusive culture and positive employee experience, prioritizing customer satisfaction and problem-solving.
