Food and Beverage Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food and Beverage Manager to join our team at Hotel Du Vin. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for the smooth operation of our food and beverage services, ensuring that our guests receive exceptional hospitality and service.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and motivate a team of food and beverage staff to deliver excellent service and high-quality food and beverage offerings.
- Develop and implement effective strategies to drive sales and revenue growth in the food and beverage department.
- Manage food and beverage budgets, inventory, and supplies to ensure efficient operations and minimize waste.
- Collaborate with other department managers to ensure seamless communication and coordination across the hotel.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, food safety standards, and company policies.
- Proven experience in food and beverage management, preferably in a similar sized property.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of food and drink operations, including menu planning, inventory management, and staff supervision.
