Food and Beverage Manager

Hotel Du Vin is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food and Beverage Manager to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for the overall success of our food and beverage operations, ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service and that our team members are motivated and empowered to deliver outstanding results.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage a team of food and beverage staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent service delivery.
- Develop and implement effective strategies to drive sales growth, improve customer satisfaction, and increase revenue.
- Manage food and beverage budgets, controlling costs and ensuring that financial targets are met.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying this knowledge to drive innovation and excellence in our food and beverage operations.
- Proven experience in a food and beverage management role, preferably in a similar sized property.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Strong business acumen, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
