Position Overview
As a Support Activities Coordinator, you will play a vital role in our Short Breaks service, designed to provide enriching experiences for children and young individuals. Your work will be centered around fostering independence and encouraging participation in various enjoyable and educational activities.

Compensation and Benefits
  • Starting salary of £19,661.15, with potential increases to £20,241.18 based on performance.

Role Responsibilities
In this position, you will work both independently and collaboratively to assist children in engaging with a variety of activities, both within our facilities and in the broader community. Your goal will be to help them explore their interests and achieve their personal growth.

Candidate Profile
While prior experience in health and social care or with autistic individuals is beneficial, it is not a prerequisite. We provide comprehensive training and support to equip you with the necessary skills for success in this role.
