Position Overview: Educational Support Specialist

Job Summary:
This role is designed for individuals who are dedicated to enhancing the educational experiences of children and young people, particularly those with autism and neurodivergent conditions. As an Educational Support Specialist, you will work both independently and collaboratively to facilitate tailored learning experiences that align with each student's unique goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist children and young individuals in accessing customized educational programs.
  • Foster positive relationships with students and staff to promote a supportive learning environment.
  • Utilize initiative and enthusiasm to adapt to the diverse needs of students.
  • Engage in continuous professional development to enhance skills and knowledge in supporting neurodivergent learners.
About You:
We are looking for passionate individuals who are committed to making a meaningful impact in the lives of students. While prior experience with autistic individuals is valued, it is not a prerequisite. We seek candidates who are hardworking, eager to learn, and dedicated to fostering the growth and development of children and young people.
