Candidate Profile
While prior experience in health and social care or with autistic individuals is appreciated, it is not a prerequisite. Our thorough induction, training, and mentoring programs will equip you with the necessary skills and resources to excel in your role.

We seek individuals who are team-oriented, possess a positive attitude, and demonstrate resilience in a challenging environment. Strong communication skills are essential for building positive, trusting relationships with the children you will support.

Our team is diverse, bringing a wealth of experiences, interests, and skills—whether in cooking, sports, outdoor activities, arts, or crafts—to enrich the lives of the children we serve. If you are looking for a fulfilling position that allows you to make a meaningful impact, this opportunity is for you.
