Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Mental Health Specialist to join our team at Avon and Wiltshire Mental Health Partnership NHS Trust. As a Recovery Practitioner, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to individuals with severe and enduring mental health needs.

Main Duties

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Providing comprehensive mental health assessments and developing individualized care plans
  • Delivering therapeutic interventions, including CBT, psychosocial, and family interventions
  • Coordinating care with other professionals and services to ensure seamless delivery of care
  • Working closely with service users, carers, and families to promote recovery and well-being
  • Participating in multidisciplinary teams to share knowledge and best practices
