- Provide coaching and feedback to improve performance and ensure high-quality customer interactions.
- Handle escalated customer inquiries or complaints in a professional and timely manner.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex customer issues.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Assist in developing and implementing customer service policies and procedures.
- Previous experience in an office or administrative supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
- Proficiency in using computer systems.
- Demonstrated ability to assist and guide a team effectively.
- Strong organizational and clerical skills.
- 35-hour week permanent position.
- 9am-5pm with 1 hour lunch.
- Rotating Saturday work (about every 4th Saturday) with a day off during the week.
- Incremental annual bonus after 2, 3, and 4 years of service.
