About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Customer Service Team Leader to join our team at IOSH. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for leading a team of customer service advisors and ensuring exceptional service delivery to our customers.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing fast-paced contact centres, with experience in coaching and developing teams to deliver expert, knowledge-driven support to customers. You will be customer-focused, highly organised, and able to work in a responsive and customer-focused manner.

You will have excellent communication skills, with the ability to present to large and small audiences using PowerPoint or other presentation tools. Experience of working without direct supervision, both inside and outside of the normal office environment, is also essential.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering to targets with minimum supervision, with experience of supervising and motivating others, evaluating work performance, and providing feedback and guidance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of customer service advisors to deliver exceptional service to customers
  • Coach and develop teams to deliver expert, knowledge-driven support to customers
  • Ensure delivery of SLAs and targets
  • Experience of complaint handling and stakeholder management
  • Experience of coaching and people development
