Job Title: Sales Executive - Timber Products

Job Summary:

Mitchell Maguire is seeking an experienced Sales Executive to join our team in the Timber Products sector. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for selling a comprehensive range of timber products to housing developers, subcontractors, and merchants.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales and Business Development: Sell timber products to existing and new clients, building strong relationships and identifying new business opportunities.
  • Client Management: Manage a portfolio of clients, providing excellent customer service and ensuring their needs are met.
  • Market Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity, using this knowledge to inform sales strategies.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the production department to ensure sales requirements are met and collaborate with other sales teams to achieve business objectives.
  • Performance Metrics: Meet or exceed sales targets, with a focus on outbound calls and new business development.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Proven sales experience within the construction industry, with a focus on timber products.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office and other relevant software, with a strong understanding of sales processes and procedures.
