Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of existing customers, focusing on repeat and new business sales calls to an established customer base.
  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure targets are achieved and contribute to the company's continued growth and investment.
  • Record all relevant market information into the CRM system.
  • Coordinate sales requirements with the production department.
  • Resolve customer queries and issues in a timely and professional manner.

About You

  • Have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar internal sales role.
  • Be highly motivated with a strong desire to upsell and business develop.
  • Have the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Possess strong communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Knowledge of working with an ERP system for order processing is an advantage but not essential.
