Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of existing customers, focusing on repeat and new business sales calls to an established customer base.
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure targets are achieved and contribute to the company's continued growth and investment.
- Record all relevant market information into the CRM system.
- Coordinate sales requirements with the production department.
- Resolve customer queries and issues in a timely and professional manner.
About You
- Have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar internal sales role.
- Be highly motivated with a strong desire to upsell and business develop.
- Have the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Possess strong communication skills, both oral and written.
- Have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of working with an ERP system for order processing is an advantage but not essential.
