Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Internal Salesperson to join our team in Troon. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a vital role in contributing to our company's continued growth and success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Reporting to the Internal Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
  • You will work closely with our production team to ensure timely and efficient delivery of our products, meeting customer expectations and driving business growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new business opportunities, develop sales strategies, and implement effective sales plans to achieve sales targets.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments to ensure our products and services remain competitive and aligned with customer needs.

Requirements

  • Proven sales experience in a similar industry, with a strong track record of achieving sales targets and building customer relationships.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal stakeholders and external customers.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
